1. Two buckets
Food & Drink (70%) includes bacon, sausages, eggs, hash browns, and coffee. Vibe & Service (30%) includes atmosphere, service, food speed, and table availability.
2. Weighted average
We calculate the average score for each bucket, then apply the weighting:
overall10 = (foodAvg * 0.7) + (vibeAvg * 0.3)
The final score is shown to 1 decimal place.
3. Example
If a cafe scores 8.2 for food and 6.4 for vibe:
overall10 = (8.2 * 0.7) + (6.4 * 0.3) = 7.7
